How much does FIT ID cost?
FIT ID Membership costs £24.99 on a monthly basis. You will gain access to the FitID training program and a host of other resources that you can access whenever suits you best. Sign up HERE!
What type of training do we get with FitID and how often can we train?
FIT ID is designed with 4 main sessions per week, but there is a host of additional content which can be accessed on top of the 4 sessions. Sessions are broken down into warm up & activation, strength and power, core, HIIT, cool down along with bonus content such as the DanceFIT sessions.
Often dancers are doing the same workouts over and over again, resulting in a level of familiarity that can slow physical progress. Therefore each week, the FIT ID program progresses in difficulty and intensity in order to seek growth. Sign up HERE!
Do we need any equipment?
Yes. Resistance training is at the heart of FIT ID as we need to put stress and strain on our muscles in order to get stronger. Light weights and resistance bands are used in some workouts, the idea is to increase the weight or resistance gradually as we get stronger. Some of the other workouts also involve a gym box, this can be substituted with a step, chair or sofa. Resistance bands are used in warm up/activation and some core workouts so it's advisable to invest in some bands, they are relatively cheap.
From the outset we do a range of bodyweight exercises, ensuring form and technique are explained. We then progressively add weights to the workouts which in turn will overload the muscles, making them work harder and become stronger. You decide when you are ready to add/increase the weight, ensuring to take note to track your progress. If you don’t have access to weights, improvise - you could substitute at 5kg kettlebell with a 5litre bottle of water!
Can I join if I’m under 18?
If you are under 18 years of age, you must seek permission from a parent or guardian to sign up using their details, as we do not solicit data from children under 18 years of age.
The exercises performed in our program are physically demanding, and can cause injury. By taking part in these classes, you are acknowledging these conditions and accept responsibility for these risks. Be sure to drink plenty of water and maintain a healthy diet for better performance and recovery.
How do I pay for FIT ID and can I cancel at any time?
When you Sign up to FIT ID you will be charged your first months membership at the checkout and then you will be billed monthly from that date onwards. Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply sign into your FIT ID Studio, click your profile at the top right of the page, click settings and then billing info. Here you can update your payment method and cancel your subscription.
I'm an ex dancer and don't dance anymore, can I still use FIT ID?
Yes of course. Our program is aimed towards dancers so there is a lot of emphasis on legs, core, HIIT and cardio workouts. like our DanceFIT classes. There isn't too much emphasis on upper body but you will still certainly still benefit from the FIT ID program. Sign up HERE!
