What is FIT ID?
FIT ID is an online training program for Irish Dancers. We give you weekly workout plans with detailed demonstrations of each exercise before doing the exercise with you.

Strength & Power
We put you through your paces to improve your strength specifically for your Irish dancing. These sessions will get progressively harder ensuring you're pushing yourself to your limit.
Core strength is at the centre of every move your body makes and this is so important for Irish dancing. Quit doing hundreds of crunches and train your core properly!
We have a range of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes designed to get you working with a high heart rate to increase your fitness.
Throw yourself into our intense Dance Fit classes working hard on our technique whilst raising that heart rate.
