Meet the FIT ID Team.
FIT ID is brought to you by brother and sister Connor and Lynsey Smyth.
Connor and Lynsey have worked together for a number of years on some very exciting projects. Now is the time for Connor and Lynsey to use their experience and expertise to HELP YOU!
Since 2017, professional Irish dancer Connor and personal trainer Lynsey have been putting dancers through their paces with their Irish dance fitness class 'FitFest', in County Down, N Ireland.
Under Lynsey's guidance and expertise, they worked together in Connor's preparation before appearing on UK TV Show 'SAS: Who Dares Wins' where civilians are put through a condensed version of Special Forces Selection to see if they have what it takes. Lynsey put Connor through a gruelling program ensuring he was in the best possible physical shape before taking on the monumental challenge.

Lynsey says "I want to help educate dancers about the benefits of strength based training, as I know this can help so many dancers improve their dancing and reach their full potential. I myself have been through this and I watched my dancing go from strength to strength with a combination of strength based work and dance practice."
